Build your service business with Pilot: introducing our affiliate program

Good software becomes useful when someone helps a business make it their own. That is the idea behind the Pilot affiliate program.

We’re welcoming consultants, website creators, trainers and other service providers who work with businesses and organizations. If you help clients get online, organize their operations or learn new tools, you can build services around Pilot.

Your expertise is the service

You know your clients and what they need. You can help them set up a website, migrate content, bring their team onboard, connect workflows and get comfortable with the platform. You choose the services you offer and set your own service prices.

This is a working relationship with your clients: you can guide the launch and continue helping with training, content and ongoing support.

Service income, plus subscription commission

Affiliates earn 20% of their clients’ regular Pilot subscription revenue. Extras and services are excluded from the commission calculation. Your own setup, migration, training and support services remain a separate part of your business.

Help clients see what’s possible

A branded demo makes the conversation more concrete. Show a client what their website could look like, personalize it together and help them understand how Pilot fits their work. Their account and content stay with them as they become a customer.

In Pilot, affiliates work with their assigned clients. They can also connect their own AI assistant through MCP for the work they are authorized to do.

Who should apply?

• Website creators who want to offer setup and ongoing support.
• Consultants who help businesses improve day-to-day operations.
• Trainers who help teams adopt tools and work confidently.
• Specialists who support associations, creative businesses and other organizations.

Let’s talk about what you want to build

Tell us about your experience, the clients you support and the services you would like to offer. We’ll review your application and discuss getting started together. Applying does not create a paid subscription.
