Pilot Is a Business Operating System

Most tools run one slice of your business. Your CRM here, accounting there, your phone somewhere else, social in a fourth tab. Pilot runs the whole thing, and two pieces that just landed close the loop from the first call to the final payout.

The money trail, automated

Your invoices and payments now sync to QuickBooks Online on their own. When a client pays through Stripe, Pilot captures the fee, the net, and the payout, so your books reflect what actually landed in your account, no exporting, no re-keying. Most client tools stop at "send the invoice." Pilot follows the money all the way into your accounting.

A phone line, built into your pipeline

Pilot now answers your phone. Callers reach your own business line, hear your greeting, pick a department, and get routed with call screening. Miss the call and Pilot takes a voicemail and texts the caller back automatically, and it all lands next to the client in your pipeline. No separate phone service to buy and bolt on. This one is in beta, and it will go further: reminders and follow-ups are on the roadmap.

One place to run the business

Add those to what Pilot already does: your website, client galleries, your asset library, publishing to every social channel and your Google Business Profile, events with 0 percent fee ticketing, email campaigns, contracts, and invoicing. The pattern is clear. This is not a CRM with add-ons. It is the operating system your business runs on, one login, one source of truth.

That is the category we are building. Not another tool in the stack. The stack itself.
