Onboarding
The onboarding wizard guides you through setting up your business on Air4.media in about 2 minutes. It walks you through 6 steps and gets everything ready so you can start working right away.
Key Features
- Step-by-step wizard: A clear progress bar keeps you oriented as you move through each step
- Brand setup: Upload your logo and pick a brand color to personalize your account
- Plan selection: Choose Free, Pro (with a 14-day free trial), or Enterprise — you can always change later
- Secure payment: Card details are stored securely via Stripe; you are not charged during setup
- Tool customization: On paid plans, choose which modules to enable (you can change this anytime)
- Team invites: Invite colleagues by email during setup or skip and do it later from Settings
- Business services: Optionally register a domain or purchase AI credits before heading to your dashboard
How to Use
- Enter your business name (required) and optionally your industry and website
- Click Brand your business to upload a logo and choose a brand color
- Click Continue to proceed to plan selection
- Select Free, Pro, or Enterprise and click Continue
- Enter your card details and check the authorization box, then click Save & Continue
- On Pro or Enterprise, toggle the tools you want enabled for your account
- Optionally enter email addresses and roles to invite team members, then click Launch My Business
- On the final screen, set up a domain or buy AI credits, or click Go to Dashboard to finish
Tips
- You can skip team invites and domain setup — both can be done later from your dashboard
- The Pro plan starts a 14-day free trial; your card is not charged until the trial ends
- Brand colors and logos can be updated anytime from Company Settings
- Free plan users can upgrade to Pro or Enterprise at any time without losing data
- Admins can add additional companies to their account by running the wizard again
