Create, send, and sign business contracts — all in one place. Manage the full contract lifecycle from draft to completion, with built-in digital signatures and invoice generation.

How to Use

Create a Contract

  1. Click New Contract in the top bar
  2. Enter a title and select the account this contract is for
  3. Optionally link a project and contact
  4. Set start and end dates and a total value
  5. Write the contract body in the editor, or select a template to auto-fill the content
  6. Click Save Contract to save as a draft

Use Templates

  1. Click Templates to manage your saved templates
  2. Create a template with placeholder variables — these auto-replace when applied:
    • Account name, contact name, contract number, title, value, dates
  3. When editing a contract, select a template from the dropdown and the body fills automatically

Send to a Client

  1. Open a draft contract and review the content
  2. Click Send to Client — the status changes to Sent
  3. Both parties can now add their signatures

Sign a Contract

  1. Open a sent contract
  2. In the Signatures panel on the right, draw your signature on the signature pad
  3. Enter your printed name below the signature
  4. Click Sign — your signature is saved with a timestamp
  5. Once both parties have signed, the contract status updates to Signed

Generate an Invoice

  1. Open a signed or active contract
  2. Click Generate Invoice from the row actions or contract editor
  3. An invoice is created and linked to the contract automatically

Void a Contract

  1. Open any sent, signed, or active contract
  2. Click Void in the footer — the contract is cancelled and marked as Void

Tips

  • Use the Preview toggle in the editor to see how the formatted contract will look before sending
  • The contract list supports search by contract number or title, and can be filtered by status
  • Click any column header to sort the list
  • Select multiple contracts with the checkboxes to delete them in bulk
  • Contracts created from a project page will automatically pre-fill the account and project fields
