Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home page in Pilot. It gives you a live overview of your account — sites, storage, activity, and plan usage — all in one place.

Key Features

  • Stats Cards: Three summary cards at the top show your total sites (with active count), storage used (with a progress bar against your plan limit), and the number of requests served over the last 30 days.
  • Usage Meters: A "Usage This Month" section shows how much of each plan allowance you've consumed — emails sent, AI credits, storage, contacts, and SMS — with color-coded progress bars and your plan name displayed as a badge.
  • Usage Warning Banner: If any metric reaches 80% or more of your plan limit, a warning banner appears automatically. At 95% the alert turns red to indicate a critical threshold.
  • Sites List: All websites you own or have access to are listed below the stats. The list is paginated and sorted by most recently created.
  • Recent Activity: A timeline of your last 15 account events (emails sent, uploads, etc.) appears below the usage meters so you can track what happened recently.
  • Welcome Banner: First-time users who have completed onboarding see a personalized welcome message with their company name and plan details.
  • Quick Actions: If you have no sites yet, the Dashboard shows getting-started shortcuts to help you create your first site.

How to Use

  1. Open Pilot — the Dashboard loads automatically as your home page.
  2. Check the three stats cards at the top for a quick account snapshot.
  3. Review the Usage This Month section to see how your plan allowances are tracking.
  4. If a yellow or red warning banner appears, click the link inside it to review or upgrade your plan before hitting the limit.
  5. Scroll down to the Sites section to open, manage, or create sites.
  6. Use the Recent Activity timeline to review the last actions taken on your account.

Tips

  • The storage progress bar turns yellow at 80% and red at 95% — keep an eye on it as you upload media.
  • Admins also see a Login Monitor widget showing recent sign-in activity for their account.
  • If the AirChat module is enabled for your company, a live activity widget appears on the Dashboard automatically.
  • The Dashboard is the first page in the sidebar and is accessible to all user levels.
