The Billing page lets you manage your subscription plan, AI credits, storage, add-ons, and payment methods — all in one place.

How to Use
View Your Plan
Your current plan is shown at the top of the page with its name, price, and included limits. Click Change Plan to see available options and upgrade.
Buy AI Credits or Storage
- Scroll to the AI Credit Packs or Storage Packs section
- Select the pack that fits your needs
- Click the purchase button — your card on file will be charged immediately
Set Up Auto-Renew
- Open the Auto-Renew & Alerts panel on the right
- Toggle on AI Credits or Storage
- Choose which pack to auto-buy and set the threshold (e.g., buy when below 20% credits remaining)
- Click Save Settings
You will always receive email alerts when usage reaches 80% (warning) and 95% (critical), regardless of auto-renew settings.
Add a Payment Method
- Click Add Card in the Payment section
- Enter your card details in the secure Stripe form
- Click Save Card
Pilot never stores your card number — all payment data is handled by Stripe.
Change Your Plan
Click Change Plan to open the plan selector. Enterprise plans are custom — contact support for a quote.
Tips
- Check the AI Credit Costs panel to see how many credits each feature uses, so you can plan purchases accordingly
- Enable auto-renew to avoid running out of credits during a busy period
- The Activity & History table shows both credit purchases and plan charges, so you always have a clear audit trail
