Air4.Media provides a business management platform including website building, CRM, digital asset management, email services, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to Air4.Media. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the service. Air4.Media and its branding, code, and design are the property of Laurent Groult.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air4.Media and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
