Can you bring back guests from my past events?
Yes, as a custom-quoted import. We bring in your past events from Snappic, other booth software or your photo folders and attach each guest to their photos. Each guest gets a new link to their event gallery on your website, where they can relive the night, rate it and join your list.
Which printers work?
The iPad prints straight to a DNP dye-sub printer over a USB cable, no computer needed. If you prefer a computer at the booth, the print server runs on Mac and Windows; we will check your printer with you on the call.
Can I connect my own AI?
Yes. Connect Claude, or any AI assistant that supports connectors, to your account. It can update your website as drafts, build albums, schedule posts and draft quotes, and it never sends an email or a text on its own.
Why is there a setup fee?
We build your website, pipeline, booth events, galleries and payments with you, so the complete system is working before your first job.
Can you import my clients and leads?
Yes. We move clients, leads and contacts from your current CRM or spreadsheets so you start with your real list. Imports are quoted to the job, depending on how much data you have.
Can guest texts come from my number?
Yes, as an add-on, so guests see your business identity instead of a shared number.
How much storage do I get?
Your package includes the storage of your subscription level. Nine Coachella Party events produced 1,746 photos and videos, averaging about 750 MB per event; we will size the right level with you.
Is there a contract?
No. It is monthly and you can cancel anytime. The $99 founding price lasts six months, then becomes $199.
