X17 Video — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Air4media, LLC ("Air4media", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the X17 Video mobile application ("the App") on iOS.

1. Information We Collect

The App is designed to be lightweight. We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to view videos.

When you use the App, the following information may be collected automatically:

• Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, screen size, and language preferences — used to render the App correctly.
• Network information: IP address (used by our content delivery network to serve videos and by ad partners to limit fraud).
• Usage data: which stories were opened, how long a video was viewed, and approximate session duration — used to improve the App.
• Advertising identifier (IDFA): only collected if you grant permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, no IDFA is shared.

2. Advertising — Google AdMob

The App displays banner advertising provided by Google AdMob (a Google LLC service). When ads are served:

• AdMob may receive your device's IDFA (only if you allowed tracking), IP address, device type, OS version, app version, and approximate location (city-level, from IP).
• AdMob uses this information to deliver, measure, and improve ads — including, where permitted, personalized ads.
• If you declined the ATT prompt, AdMob serves only non-personalized ads and does not associate the activity with your IDFA.

3. Apple's App Tracking Transparency

On first launch the App presents Apple's standard tracking permission prompt. You can change your choice anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.

4. Content Delivery

Video, image, and story metadata is delivered from x17agency.com servers. Standard web-server logs (IP, timestamp, requested URL, user-agent) are retained for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes.

5. Children

The App is rated 17+ on the App Store and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

6. Data Retention & Your Rights

We do not store user-identifiable profiles. Aggregated, non-identifying usage data may be retained indefinitely. If you have a question about data we may hold or wish to exercise rights under GDPR / CCPA, contact us using the address below.
